Last week, a motorcycle accident injured two bikers, sending them to the hospital. The accident occurred in Putnam, Connecticut. Both of the motorcycle accident victims, ages 30 and 36, were transported to University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester.
The traffic accident was reported just after 6pm on Saturday evening. Police said one of the motorcyclists appeared to be traveling east on Grove Street when he crossed into the westbound lane and hit a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer carrying six passengers. The driver, a 37-year-old woman from North Grafton, was not injured, nor were her passengers. The second cyclist hit a 2004 Mercury Sable, but the driver and his two passengers were also unharmed.
